To preserve the quality of the service, an assistant of the management is responsible for vocational training, medical equipment and quality management. Twice a month there are meetings of care teams and management. Those compulsory meetings provide for direct and effective communication within the company, and they serve as a platform for new ideas.

A mixture of full-time, part-time, and consulting staff makes it possible to assemble an effective nursing team within a few hours allowing us to take over the nursing of a patient discharged from hospital with very limited notice.
