We take care of the clients coming from intensive care units, where they are carefully prepared for their return home.

Together with doctors and hospital nursing staff, we investigate the need for home-based care units and technical equipment. We prepare the client's house for his or her specific needs and organise the complete supply of medical aids and equipment.

Moreover, because of our broad experience Heimbeatmung is able to help smooth and reduce the negotiations, formalities and paperwork required by insurance companies, helping to reduce unnecessary additional worries for both clients and relatives.

We build a professional support team for each client. An experienced team of nurses (male and female) manage the care needs of the patients. One or two very experienced nurses set the frame for individual care together with the client and his relatives, and remain as the key contacts for family members throughout the therapy. This helps ensure that an efficient, friendly, well-informed and supportive communication channel exist to all those involved in the provision of care.

Heimbeatmung has build up a network of doctors, therapists and professional care companies delivering all the technical equipment and medicine our client's require, working together and staying in constant contact to ensure the best possible support for our client's needs.
